peace out UK

so today is my last day in the UK. theres a bittersweet fog thats starting to settle. not much is clear in my heart or my head. i do know these things...

-i cannot wait to be reunited with the fellowship and all of my friends. its been too long.
-i am very sad to leave the friends i have here in the UK. there has been more of an opening in the last months of deeper ties, spiritual, emotional connections that are making it much more difficult.
-i have gotten a full experience of the UK. i have been to wales, manchester, norwich, cambridge, bristol, london, brighton, oxford, rugby, nottingham. i have slept in hostels, tents, hotel rooms, on couches, pull-out beds, and church floors. i have seen the english countryside, the west end, the suburbs, the seaside, underground graffiti alleys. but the most important is people. i have made friends from australia, south africa, england, scotland, ireland, wales, brazil, new zealand, thailand. my family has been opened into a global framework.

now, that i am reflecting its getting a bit overwhelming. i need a break.
